The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ellembelle, Hon. Joseph Armah Agyekum, has cut sod for the construction of a 6-unit classroom block at Bobrama and a 3-unit classroom block at Atababo. These projects are part of the Assembly’s commitment to improving educational infrastructure and promoting access to quality education across the district, particularly in rural communities.
In addition to the classroom blocks, the projects come with key ancillary facilities to enhance teaching and learning. These include a Staff common room, head teacher’s office, an ICT center equipped with two computers and appropriate furniture, a 6-seater water closet toilet facility, and a borehole to provide portable water.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon.Agyekum reiterated has administration’s dedication to bridging the infrastructure gap in education and empowering young people through access to better facilities. community leaders and residents of both towns expressed deep appreciation for the projects and pledged their support to ensure their successful completion and maintenance.
